USA HOCKEY REQUIREMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN ANY TEAM ACTIVITIES
USA Hockey #’s - Coaches are required to register every season
CORi Forms- Coaches are required to complete an updated MA HOCKEY CORI form every season.

If you took the course in 2016-17 it was valid for the 2016-17 and 2017-18 season and you WILL NEED TO COMPLETE the SafeSport Refresher course for the 2018-19 season.

If you took the course in 2017-18 you are up to date and do not need to complete the refresher until the 2019-20 season.
CEP class list and info -Must be registered for a Clinic no later than 10-31-2018 (email Mandy with class date) and must be completed prior to 12-31-18
Coaches MUST attend a yearly CEP clinic prior to December 31st of the current playing season. Mite (8 & under) coaches may remain at Level 1 (even if it is expired) until they move to another age level of play.
If you currently do not have a CEP certification you must register for Level 1
If you are Currently Certified with:
Level 1 you must complete Level 2
Level 2 you must complete Level 3
Level 3 you must complete the Level 3 recertification (track 1 or track 2) or attend a Level 4 clinic
Level 3 plus Track 1 you must recert with Track 2 or attend a level 4 clinic
Level 3 plus recert of track 1 and 2 you must complete Level 4 certification

Coaches are required to complete the online age-specific module(s) for the age level of play you are coaching
